Royal TSi offers a streamlined and secure method for accessing remote systems, supporting protocols such as RDP, VNC, SSH, and more. It enables users to open their Royal TS documents, which are compatible with Royal TSX on macOS and Royal TS on Windows, facilitating seamless remote management.

These documents can be stored and accessed directly from popular cloud storage services like iCloud Drive, Dropbox, or Google Drive. Additionally, users can share documents via email and access them directly through Royal TSi, promoting flexibility and ease of use.

While direct connection to remote machines via RDP, VNC, SSH, or Telnet requires third-party applications, Royal TSi integrates well within a broader remote management workflow.

With the inclusion of Royal Server, administrators gain the ability to manage remote Windows environments without establishing direct desktop connections. It allows for monitoring Windows Events, managing Windows Services, Processes, Terminal Services, and virtual machines in Hyper-V and VMware environments. PowerShell scripts can also be executed remotely to automate tasks directly from an iPad or iPhone.

For example, if an issue is identified in the Event Log, administrators can restart services, terminate processes, reset Terminal Services sessions, or manage Hyper-V virtual machines—all remotely. The capability to run PowerShell scripts further expands the scope of remote management possibilities.

Some connection parameters can be adjusted for optimal performance on mobile devices. For instance, remote desktop sessions can be configured to use reduced color depth or lower screen resolutions to conserve bandwidth and ensure a smoother experience.
